Having the opportunity to taste wines I’ve never even heard of was so, so awesome! And they were all delicious! These classes have really taught me so much, and they’ve changed the way I purchase and enjoy wine!
You make wine fun and easy. And your taste in food pairings is also amazing. I love humble, passionate, fun people - you both have those qualities plus lots of other amazing things!
I was just explaining to another friend of mine how they get the bubbles in sparkling wine. And she asked me how I knew all of that and I realized it's all from your classes!
Have you ever wondered how the sausage err…wine is made? You may or may not be familiar with the different ways wine can be made. Each style has an influence on what you finally pour out of the bottle. Put on your thinking caps with us to compare and contrast 3 unique wines made in 3 different methods. We will teach you how those differences can open you up to new styles and enhance your ability to recognize different methods just by tasting wine. Sounds too good to be true? Join us and find out.
We have to admit this class may have been a little selfish on our part. We have been dreaming about doing a class on the Basque regions for years and it is finally here! The Basque Country wine region is an autonomous community in northern Spain. This particular area of the wine world is not only beautiful, but has a culture as unique as the varieties of wine they produce. We can’t wait to taste with you and teach you about what makes this region special. We have 3 different wines from each of 3 different wine regions in Basque. Be prepared for mind boggling spellings, crisp and refreshing wines, and some new dishes to put in your arsenal for your next dinner party.
Do you know that Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir are all genetically related? But how are they all different colors? What you might not realize, however, is that Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir are color mutations of the same grape. According to research, all Pinots are simply color mutations – which include Pinot Grigio also known as Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir. In this class we breakdown the differences between each wine and give you the inside scoop on just how these very different wines came about. We have a bottle of each for you to compare and contrast the different wines and taste the differences for yourself!
Wine is produced all over the world, but did you know there are some excellent wines being produced on small islands? We can take you to some of the most isolated areas in the world and show you the extraordinary varieties produced there. We are going to take you anywhere from Tasmania to Corsica and prove that these unique wine regions have a lot to say about wine. Join us on an island vacation full of wine, food pairings, and cultural ideas. There is no class like this one available anywhere but here. So join us for an island vacation full of wine, good times and some of the best dining around.

We’ve said it before and we will say it again. One of the best ways to learn about wine is to taste it! As our first class of 2023 we thought we would give you all a challenge and teach you how to blind taste wines. You do not need to be able to blind taste wine in order to enjoy it, but it will teach you skills to level up your wine tasting game. Not to worry, we are going to teach you all of the tips and tricks to evaluate each wine, and make your best educated guess. So grab your friends and family and have a fun night centered around wine and a whole lot of fun.
